Frequently asked questions.
Which flute should I choose, E or N?
E flute has a finer profile with a smooth surface, suited to printed retail packaging. N flute is finer still and suits detailed print and lighter products.
How many ply can you produce?
We can produce corrugated board up to 7-ply.
Can you make packaging to my product's dimensions?
Yes. Share your product dimensions and we will recommend a size and format that fits it.
Can you print Pantone colours?
Yes. Our Mitsubishi Daiya offset press prints four colours. We can also print Pantone colours and offer various coatings and laminations to finish your packaging.
What finishing options are available?
We offer lamination, along with drop-off UV, spot UV and aqueous coatings, to make your packaging premium.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes. Master cartons are made for bulk handling and dispatch. Contact us with your quantities and delivery needs.
Can I approve a sample before full production?
We can discuss sample approval for your design before the full run. Contact our team to arrange it.
Do you also print labels, tags and brochures?
Yes. We print labels, tags and brochures alongside our packaging range.
